I think what you need to do is to contact info@kaizerchiefs.com and tell them about your plans to start a Kaizer chiefs Fan Club Branch. I am sure they will be able to help you, or at least point you in the right direction.

Hi. Last season I send an E-mail regarding opening of Sunnyside Kaizer Chiefs Branch as I am aware of many Chiefs supporters and to my surprise I never got any respond from my favourite club as Im a dying supporter. Can you please clarify me about the situation and I have even send a list of people who wanted to form the branch.Can you please clarify me as we nearly to loose hope on the issue.
